當我的兒子和媳婦準備在年底舉行婚禮，他們年初就開始去視察不同的場地和比較多間酒店的餐飲服務。Grand Hyatt(GH)酒店交通方便，環境優美，尤其是Ballroom的室內設計典雅，固定的舞台十分寛濶，音響器材齊備，LED顯示屏夠龐大，所以不用搭建舞台和佈景，只需要訂做花卉擺設，佈置廳外Foyer。最重要是酒店提供的Wedding Package 「婚宴套餐」有很多選擇，每次電郵聯絡宴會部都好快收到回履，相討過程中已經感受到酒店同事態度熱誠，所以決定去GH籌備婚宴。
婚禮當日，慶幸宴會部經理Maggie年中已經提議大家在酒店午膳和舉行證婚儀式，又提供親友酒店住宿優惠，的確節省很多時間。中餐廳經理Daniel 參考了我們預訂的Cocktail 小食和晚宴餐單後，細心為我們設計了精美的「點心和小菜午膳套餐」，確保全日的菜式多元化。Maggie 又安排花卉公司提前在早上開始佈置場地，午膳時間親自來中餐廳𣿬報花卉工程的進度，令到新郎和新娘更加安心。
酒店美麗的聖誕裝飾佈置提升了婚宴場地的喜慶氣氛。好開心編排了主家席在Ballroom中央，方便招呼親友，感覺親切和溫馨。賓客又大讚食物美味和夠熱，大家好欣賞總廚陳師傅在冬天為每一位賓客用石碢承載鮑魚，保持食物的溫度。素食的朋友也很滿意廚師為他們特別設計的餐單。慇勤的餐飲服務令婚宴好完美。

I previously attended a wedding at Grand Hyatt and was impressed by the venue and environment. When selecting a wedding venue, we compared with others and preferred not to have it in a ballroom. However, the Pool House at Grand Hyatt was perfect. It didn't feel too much like a ballroom, and It offered a unique ambiance and was convenient for elderly guests, making it accessible for everyone. So, we decided to host our wedding there. Actually we booked the venue a year in advance, we didn't know much about how the rundown would be, so we had a lot of uncertainties, but the staff at Grand Hyatt explained everything clearly and responded swiftly🥳. The communication process was comfortable, and they explained all the packages straightforwardly.
Throughout the preparation, they were very nice and helpful, making us feel comfortable make sure like we feel good，everything feels right , we didn't have any doubts that we should not choose Grand Hyatt and made us feel confident in our decision😙. On the wedding night, everyone said everything was good, everything was set up well, the setup, space, and food, which exceeded our expectations. We were highly satisfied with the venue and service provided by Grand Hyatt, especially the Pool House. Me, my friends family were still thinking about that day, We still keep looking at the photos as well ,It was a memorable and magical experience, and we would recommend Grand Hyatt to friends getting married in the future.
